Victoria Burge

Victoria Burge's (Philadelphia, PA) prints and drawings focus on the architecture of line as it relates to systems of mapping. Her works convey her explorations into memory, absence and the multiple dimensions and implications of space.

Victoria holds a degree in Horticulture from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a Master of Fine Arts in Book Arts and Printmaking from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. Her work has been part of national and international exhibitions including shows at The International Print Center (NY), The Kentler International Drawing Space (NY), The Print Center (PA), The Hunterdon Museum of Art (NJ), and Gallery Hasta in India. Press and publications include reviews in ARTnews and front cover illustrations for Delphinium Press and Conveyor Magazine. Victoria’s work can be found in corporate, private, and public collections including, The Smithsonian Museum of American Art, The British Museum, The Philadelphia Museum of Art, The New York Public Library, and Hilton Worldwide. She is represented by Julian Page Fine Art in London and Aspinwall Editions in New York.
