Terms and Policies

Purchase and Shipping of Artwork:
Although we endeavor to keep our Gallery Store website up to date, prices and availability are subject to change.  You will receive an email from The Print Center confirming your order and telling you when you can expect delivery within one business day of placing your order. Delivery times are variable: some artwork is ready to ship immediately, but others may take longer if framing is required or if it is included in an exhibition. We promise to ship all purchases as quickly as possible, and we will stay in close contact with you about shipping dates. If you have any concerns or special delivery needs, please contact Jacqui Evans, Sales & Program Manager, at  gallerystore@printcenter.org or 215.735.6090 x 2.  If your membership to The Print Center entitles you to a discount on events or Gallery Store purchases please contact us directly at gallerystore@printcenter.org.  We will confirm your membership and apply the appropriate discount which will be refunded to your credit card.   

International Shipping:
The Print Center Gallery Store is pleased to ship internationally; please note that all duties and border taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Sales Tax:
Purchasers requesting delivery within the State of Pennsylvania agree to pay all applicable sales taxes due on the sale of the artwork, product(s) and/or service(s).

Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to The Print Center for a full refund of the purchase price, as long as the item is returned in the same condition as it was received. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. To make a return, you must notify The Print Center by email: gallerystore@printcenter.org or phone 215.735.6090 x 2, within fourteen days of receipt. We will provide specific instructions on how to proceed. Make sure you retain the original packaging materials; we will only accept returns that are returned to us in the original packaging.

Damage:
Upon arrival, if your package appears to have been damaged during shipment, do not open it. Contact us immediately and we will provide instructions on how to proceed. If damage is discovered after opening your package, again, please contact us immediately and we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Privacy Policy:
The Print Center shares your concerns about maintaining the privacy of personal information collected on the Internet. Although we do collect and store standard data about our site users for our own use, The Print Center does not sell or trade your personal information to other companies. You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by clicking on the UNSUBSCRIBE link at the bottom of each email.
