CR Ettinger Studio

C. R. Ettinger Studio (Philadelphia, PA) was established in 1982 by Cindi Royce Ettinger. In 1978 Ettinger earned her BFA from the University of the Arts (then Philadelphia College of Art). After graduating, Ettinger worked for two years in a New York print shop and then returned to Philadelphia to start her own studio. Working as a master printer for almost 30 years, Ettinger has collaborated on a diverse group of projects with many prominent artists. In 2010 a retrospective of Ettenger's work was organized by the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts. The studio, located in Old City Philadelphia, specializes in intaglio and relief techniques, produced collaboratively with the artist. It is the only professional etching studio in the Philadelphia area.
