Primrose Press

Founded in 2009, Primrose Press is the letterpress studio of Tia Blassingame. Primrose Press showcases Blassingame's handset letterpress work, her poetry, and her collaborations with other artists. 

After receiving a B.A in Architecture from Princeton University, Princeton, NJ, Blassigame alternated between working in construction and writing about architecture. She has been the Architecture Editor of New York Arts Magazine, and an artist-in-residence at MacDowell Colony, Peterborough, NH; Santa Fe Art Institute, Santa Fe, NM; and the Anderson Center for Interdisciplinary Studies, Red Wing, MN.
